I'm writing to you today to give you a quick update on what I've been up to and to thank you for your continued support.

I want to start with the release of v2.6.0. This release has added some important features. You can find the full changelog here: https://github.com/mainsail-crew/mainsail/releases/tag/v2.6.0

After the release, we worked on bug fixes and refactorings, especially in the webcam and update_manager section. We should release v2.6.1 this weekend. After that, I will focus again on the features that have been open for a long time (macro groups auto-collapse, machine logbook).

use moonraker webcam API instead of direct database access (PR #1445)
display errors and warnings in the update_manager (PR #1453)

Current/Open Tasks

Added an option for macro groups to auto-collapse (PR #1314)
Machine logbook/reminders for maintenance work (Contributed by jeremiahvpratt) (PR #1274)

A little announcement: I am this year at the CCCamp in "Ziegeleipark Mildenberg". So if you are also there, I would be very happy to meet you! Gina Häußge aka foosel (Octoprint) and I plan to host a meetup at CCCamp.
