Ugh... this stuff prints great but itβs tolerances are 1.71-1.62. I bought mine during a $40 per kg sale and itβs normally $80 a kg. Basically itβs poor for tolerance but it prints really well.
So far Iβve been testing the Buildtak Nylon sheet to great success. No warping with plenty of post print grip. Mind you Iβve only done a test cube and these carabiners.
My next prints will become more and more difficult to really give these sheets the tough tests they deserve.
Now Iβm on the hunt to order a better nylon to test. Alloy 910 is superior in over all strength but itβs heat resistance is Petg level and is designed to not warp easily. I need something that will truly test the surfaces and see which holds up against nylons need to change shape as it cools unevenly.
