2018-08-02 04:51:01 +0000 UTCFinally figured it out for anyone with an iPhone still struggling - not sure it will make much sense to anyone reading it so I’ll apologise now. First I had to change one of the settings on my iPhone through my laptop. I ended up downloading the m4r file on a laptop (windows so not 100% if this works on Apple Macs etc) then when you connect your iPhone with the usb cable click the phone button at the top of iTunes (under file & edit but next to the drop down which says music, films, TV etc) if you scroll down on that page there’s an option section which has a tick box that says manually manage music and videos. Tick that and click apply and done if you then go back to the original page with your music library on your device will be on the left hand side - click tones and drag the file over from the folder it’s saved in and it should appear. I’ve checked on my phone also and it’s there - sorry it’s lengthy but just wanted to try to talk people through it a little. If anyone needs anything explaining let me know and I’ll help as much as possible
