Can't Go Home Now

I always think of this moment as when Samwise says "If I take one more step, I'll be the farthest away from home I've ever been." From this point on, their home becomes more and more foreign to the adventurer. Inevitably, there's a point where you can't really go home again. In RPG terms, once you accept to the call to adventure, it's very unlikely that your quest is going to end with just chilling back at the Shire and having a barbecue on the weekends or whatever. You're an adventurer now!
Once you've crossed the threshold into the unknown, you need music that evokes the complicated melancholy of the voyager spirit. Enter "My Home Is on the Road." This track is perfect for both long travel sessions (marching through endless plains, riding on the back of a wagon, or even just slowly sailing across a vast ocean) as well as moments of profound change, e.g. accepting the call to adventure. I think this track is altogether generic enough to fit a great many uses while also being idiosyncratic enough to fit very meaningful moments in a character's arc. Is it sorrowful or optimistic? Yes!
Notably, this is my longest track ever for Music d20! Is that... good? Do you guys want longer tracks? Keep in mind that the longer the tracks are, the fewer of them I can pump out. Let me know in the comments!
I might end up doing a sparser alternate for this track in the future, but today I've got a lower intensity version of the my old tune "Above the Southern Rim" for my Artist+ patrons.
