Sanctuary

Part of that is because in many D&D settings, religion is canonically real, so a place of worship is the spot you're likely going to find some pretty important dudes. A cathedral can be an epic lair for a combat encounter, a sacred sanctuary where friends are resurrected, or the fateful setting for a crisis of faith. In short: lots of really big picture stuff!
When you have an emotional or plot-driving moment in a church (or just relating to religion... a paladin breaking her oath?), you need some appropriately B I G music. Light strings or tracks like "The New Gods" are great for casual moments talking to a cleric, but for these big non-combat moments, you really need two things: choirs and organs. Well, Black Friday started a couple weeks ago in the audio community, which means I finally have the choirs to tackle this job. I hope you enjoy "Mother of All"!
That said, if faux Latin isn't your thing, you can grab a fully orchestral variant at the Artist Tier and up.
