Epiphytic Ephemera Variants
Added 2021-02-15 18:38:16 +0000 UTCI'm so please to announce the release of the first supplement for my Arkus campaign setting! I've been working on this document for months, and it's so satisfying to see it finally completed and released into the world. It's filled with weird lore and fun new mechanics, plus oodles of awesome VTT ready assets from my collaborators. I really hope you enjoy it!
I've also got some new variants for the tracks I included with the bundle.
- "Ironwood (No Percussion)" is one of the most frenetic tracks I've released. The harmonies and melodies are moving a mile a minute, and it never really dwells on one idea for too long. I think you're really going to get the most mileage out of this for non-combat intense moments: chases, heists, escapes, etc.
- "Ironwood (Just Percussion)" is perfect generic combat music. Not boss music or emotional encounters, but simple goblin skirmishes. It has a perfectly neutral tone that makes it ideal for endurance tests: if you're DMing a bevy of encounters in one day, you can just leave this on in the background while the party marches through fight after fight.
- "Ritual of the Dawn (Pleasant Montage)" is just so cheery! This is perfect for recapping the conclusion to an adventure that ends happily. Your party saved the day, the city is free from tyranny, everyone gets a happy ending. Yay! Alternatively, this is totally great music for lively and cheery cities.
As always, I've provided looping versions of each of the tracks below. Since there are so many tracks in this bundle, I've just zipped everything together for easier downloading.
