A gust of wind howls across the vertical walls of the bottomless abyss that opens on both sides. The bridge you're walking on bears the signs of some past battles, the unfortunate assaulters were fended off and now they lie here abandoned. A massive wooden gate bars the way, but with a simple push, the portal opens, squicking on the hinges. The place is abandoned, whoever inhabited it is now gone for a long time, whatever inhabits it now is a nameless horror. You feel abandoned as this old moat, you just want to get out of the Endless Dungeon.

Hey Folks! Today I bring you another collaboration with my friend Matt aka The Goblin Explorer. This map is level 15 of his "Endless Dungeon" series, a collection of maps that (you guessed it) comprise an ever-growing dungeon. This floor is the ruins of some abandoned fortress, scarred by battle, and on the precipice of an endless chasm. If you dig the vibe of this map, you're going to love DMing this torturous series of maps for your dungeon crawl campaign. I've attached both gridded and ungridded versions of the map below. Matt also has variants of these maps and all of his content over at his Patreon, in addition to Foundry integration and assets.

My track for you today was built specifically to accompany this map. "Saga of Stone" is castle music. Exotic strings, percussion, and chanting evoke citadels in far-off lands. Though there are big punchy drums in this track, I think you probably won't want to use this for combat. The slow tempo and heavy reverb imply a quieter intensity. This is great for dungeon delving, or even just fierce debates with foreign royals. There is an overarching drama to the piece which might make it a good fit for dramatic character moments as well.
