So i've been listening to all your files for anxiety and calm. It was very nice to imagine sitting in a rocking chair and have your soothing voice talking about all sorts of nice calming things. It was really nice to also imagine them and the imagery in my mind of such things was beautiful. My anxiety had subsided somewhat and the scratching is easing. I take you and your files with me when I'm going to hospital, and your comfortingwords help me so very much in stressful situations. This file is an imaginative way to calm the mind and body. Beautiful file and content. Thank you very much Sir. ❤️
