I had to pinch myself to make sure i hadn't imagined how quiet my mind was during this file. In my mind i was sitting looking at cherry blossom tree blowing in a soft breeze outside the window, and didn't notice anyone at first sitting at the same table, but i knew who it was by the icy blue eyes which are hard not to notice when they are staring right at you, no choice but to follow the words all the way to the end of the file, where Sir was waiting at the start of another unknown file saying follow...in my mind there is a just a stepping stone separating them rather than a never ending void as before. It's been lovely over the past few weeks how my mind is getting quieter and the elusive state of Tabula Rasa i really need and want is maybe not as impossible to achieve as i thought...thanks to Sir and his incredible skill it's a novel experience to have no frustrating unwanted thoughts. I've listened to this all week and my mind remains quiet. It's a beautiful thing as is this file, love obedience, so, so thrilled and feeling much more positive in what I need to do... Thank you Sir! β€οΈπŸ’—πŸ’—β€οΈ
