This is such a lovely file, and the title is a wonderful thought...to have no thoughts which is something close to my heart within hypnosis as it's pretty much the only time my mind is free from thought. When i found Sir on YouTube, the first week of January 2018, my mind was struggling as per usual with the New Year...and the insomnia. It took a long time for my mind and body relax. Simply didn't know how to relax at all, an alien concept if you will. Something i had to learn to do over time. My mind flitted to and fro between different induction types trying to improve focus and concentration and at times couldn't see the wood for the trees. But i go to programming preparation every so often, that helps with that. Listening and learning about the unconscious mind and what is capable of is awe inspiring and fascinating I tell myself all the time before i listen...leave thoughts at the door and learn to trust your unconscious mind. The idea of passivity is very appealing to me and everything that i heard makes perfect sense and an inspiration, an incentive for my conscious mind to leave the little matter of numbers to my subconscious to deal with in other files. This is such a beautiful inspiring file, your words make me feel that my mind is capable of much more, I know that my mind doesn't want to ever let go of the relaxation and peace it has found within trance:) ...thank you Sir. ❤️
