It's important to also take time/space for yourself. And thank you.

There are times that i really struggle, wrestle with my intrusive thoughts and my struggles with my mental state on a daily basis gets a whole lot worse to the point that it manifests physical symptoms sometimes that make it even harder to listen to you when i need it most. GI pain and sometimes tremors in my hands are more noticeable, and when i can't listen i get very frustrated because i know how good hypnosis is and what it can do for my mind and body. Stress is nasty. Too much cortisol and not many endorphins in my waking state. Apart from daydreaming that is. I know there are four hormones that are linked to happiness and i know how happy i am in trance, and although i didn't know initially that some are linked to erotic experiences. That's probably why i go to the less intense, although naughty enough but more gentle, soft in nature, particularly if I'm more tired or a little tense. However at times it's not so such a loop it's a vicious circle my mind cannot get out of at times. In this file my mind didn't settle down much until the snaps that seemed to be in a rhythm. I listened to Quiet Your Mind and Pressure relief that i didn't know i could listen to in the background too. With the latter there is some emphasis on breathing during the file that i always forget to do although I know it's good for all kinds of situations. I am eternally grateful for any respite and calm for my mind, stress and wretched thoughts. There are two type of frustration and although not an emotion, i much prefer the other one... Thank you for this and all the other comfort files you make. They really are invaluable for a mind that gets overwhelmed by thoughts. You know, you are an incredibly wise man and know an awful lot about the human mind and how it works, then that's a part of what makes you excel at what you do as a recreational hypnotist, you make it a fun and rewarding experience. ❤️

It's more subtle but there's an up and down cadence in the file.

This was a delightful file. The snaps were different. I enjoyed it. Where was the fractionation, though?

I really enjoyed this, was not expecting the snaps, so I dropped hard there. Very relaxing.
