I can relate to a lot of what i was hearing and you are quite right in saying that no one can know how you feel. I have said almost exactly that to a family member recently who worries about my struggles with my mental state, I told them that they couldn't understand what goes on in my head, nor would i want, or indeed expect them to. I wouldn't want them to meet my demons. And untranslatable is a good way of describing it . There are times i want scream at life,and have a stop the world i want to get off moment,but i haven't even got the energy for that anymore. When i get angry i cry and i don't want to cry anymore. I'm sick of being tired and tired of being sick...as i am at the moment. It wasn't until i first listened to you that i realised just how emotionally numb to emotional pain i had become,not devoid of emotion, just extremely good at hiding it. Guidance through hypnosis has helped enormously with the emotional that was challenging, feeling numb isn't just mental it was physical, so I've had to learn to "feel" It's been a bit of a rollercoaster :) Change is difficult. I'm grateful for files like this for when things get too much and feeling emotionally, physically, and mentally drained. Your kind caring words are a comfort blanket for my mind. And an inspiration. Thank you Sir. ❤️
