Onee-san in alternate universe having different fate, the one you see in the film is the main universe, in alternate universe 1 she is eggnant (pregnant with penguin's eggs), in alternate universe 2 she is pregnant with Aoyama's child, and the awesome one in alternate universe 3 she is pregnant with Aoyama's child and eggnant with penguin's egg, I love this last alternate universe xD
