NCR helmet texture are not included or the ncr version of the armor. sorry i can not share that.
Red Hood mask is in there i just neve take screenshot of it.
use item browser or console to get it.

I totally get why the modified texture of the armor cannot be publically shared, however is it also private who did the custom job on said texture? I'm sure they would appreciate business being directed their way, though I totally understand if it's just a no-go. Either way, super cool armor!
