I just use Clip Studio's 3D models for the pose models! I manhandled them into this pose myself but the CSP 'store' has lots of premade poses too. The hands and boots are just photos of myself/my own shoes that I took - I honestly find this faster than searching for exact references when possible. And then the crossed arms one I just googled "crossed arms 3d model" and found a 3D model (sketchfab is the site I ended up on) that I could move around to get the angle I wanted! :)
