Quasar Early Conceptualization

The number one idol group in Japan, Quasar is a massive twenty member unit composed of the most beautiful girls in the nation. Their singles top the sales charts without failure, and tickets to their lives sell out months in advance. Behind the scenes, they are operated by the shady Golden Calf Productions, a multi-billion yen corporation with influence throughout not only the entertainment industry, but the Japanese government itself. But just at what cost do these girls' fame come?
Shiro (center): The leader and center of Quasar, she is Japan's number one idol. However, after reigning over the entertainment industry for five years, her power is beginning to wane. Now she faces the possibility of losing her position to a new challenger.
Haruka (left): The rising star, and favored by Golden Calf to be the new leader of Quasar. While a pretty and devoted leader in public, in secret, she is a hot tempered schemer willing to do anything to become the number one idol of Japan.
Mako (right): The number three ranked member of Quasar, but she's still just a loli! However, she has the mind of someone much older. The one most likely to use poison to kill her rivals.
