If you want to see Batman as a vampire you should read the Batman and Dracula trilogy. Its a very good else world story. The titles are Batman and Dracula: Red Rain. Batman: Bloodstorm, and Batman: Crimson Mist

Also I do agree with Chris, definitely watch Constantine (both live action and animated Justice League Dark). To answer your question, these movies are in fact closer to the comic, with a few changes here and there, but way closer to the source materials than the live action stuff.
