2021-11-25 17:43:21 +0000 UTCPMDD wasn’t in there, but I’d rate it like a 5/10 because it does do a lot of emotional damage for the long run but I’m still able to do school and work and excel it’s just one week out of every three weeks I am suddenly hit with a surge of depression, anxiety, and uncontrollable anger. But like I’m still functioning a little over half of the time.
