Ragnar gave it to him when he hired him because he wanted him to be comfortable <3 Skye was actually the only full-time worker of Wild Beast (aside from Ragnar) until Yule arrived. Nazka is a doctor, but he's not really "Wild Beast's doctor", he just comes and goes. He spends a big part of the year there to be with Ragnar and Todd though.
And oh, what do you think is going on behind that door? ( ' v ' ;
