The Inheritance Pt. 1
Added 2024-10-29 21:59:48 +0000 UTCThis story has been a loooong time in the making. It is based off my all time favorite gainer story of the same title, and while gaining will most definitely be included, the focus has been shifted to pregnancy. The first two parts are slow burners, but it gets really, really good, if I do say so myself. Let me know what you think!

The Inheritance - A “Fat-asy”

Part One:
The Beginning
It was a perfect day, even by LA's easy standards. While the weather was great, Walker's mood wasn't, thanks to the audition he'd most recently been on.
Per his agent's suggestion, he'd decided to try out for the latest reboot of ‘Baywatch.” To get ready for the Speedo-only call, Walker had been hitting the gym extra hard with his workout partner/neighbor, Miles.
Like Walker, Miles was a model/wannabe actor. The guys were actually auditioning for the same role, but they still helped each other get ready. Neither had a gig at the moment, so they spent all the time they could at the gym. They ate a lot to keep up their mass and strength, but were more mindful than ever about what they ate, or more accurately: what they didn't.
When he and Miles arrived at the audition and Walker saw their competition, he was certain one of them was going to get the part. Both of them were notably only significantly more muscled, but notably more cut and defined. Walker felt even more confident once he stripped down to his red Speedo, and tried not to smirk as he felt all eyes on him and Miles as they grabbed some of the free weights scattered throughout the waiting area to get themselves nice and pumped up before they got called back.
During and right after it, twenty-eight year old Walker felt great about his audition. He'd made sure to engrain all three of his lines deep into his brain and had perfected his stance in the mirror, making sure all his muscles bulged and popped without looking like he was trying too hard while he recited his ridiculously cheesy lines.
Once he'd finished, the handsome model allowed himself to smile. Actually, he allowed himself to grin and even dared to quickly wink at the fat slob of a director, hoping to further seal the deal.
Despite what he genuinely considered to have been his best efforts (and then some,) Walker did not seal the deal…
“I'm not gonna fuck around with you, um…” the director trailed off as he pulled another (his fifth by Walker's count) fun-size Snickers from the bag sitting in front of him.
“Walker,” the twenty-eight year old assisted with another wink.
“Walker,” the director replied through his mouthful. “Personally, I fucking love your look,” he ephatically nodded as he swallowed his most recent candy bar. “But unfortunately, I'm not everyone,” he switched over to shaking.
In a flash (showing off his wide range of emotion,) Walker went from smiling to frowning.
“I'm sorry?” He anxiously chuckled as he consciously, ever so “casually” thrust his tight, overpacked Speedo (which he'd gone so far as to remove the lining from to make sure each and every detail of his bulge was visible) forward.
The director audibly grunted as he reached for another Snickers, causing his casting director to blush. Slowly, the fatty opened one end of the candy, then leaned forward over his huge belly and the pendulous pair of moobs resting atop it, and practically inhaled the thing.
“I fink…” he said as he chewed. “Dat pweople might fwind you a bit…” he paused to swallow.
Walker forced himself to nod and smile, this time “genuinely,” as he waited for the fatty to get to the damn point.
“I think people will find you a bit too intimidating,” the director continued much more clearly now that his still fat cheeks weren't stuffed.
Walker couldn't help but scoff in surprise. “Excuse me?!”
“And that!” The slovenly director scoffed right back. “You're too cocky and unattainable,” he shook his head as he raised his right hand, which was still holding the now empty wrapper, and waved it dismissively. “So thanks, but no thanks,” he said as he turned to his casting director and asked, “Who's next? God, please let it be someone who might actually work!” He groaned. “I'm seriously starting to get hungry, and you know I get cranky when that happens!”
When people get hungry, according to the candy bar's ads, they're supposed to “grab a Snickers!” The fatty sitting across the room from Walker had just grabbed and consumed HALF A FUCKING BAG, and was now apparently JUST STARTING to get HANGRY…
‘Too cocky and unattainable…’ Walker thought to himself as he turned and started exiting the room. ‘Keep eating like that, and YOUR STUBBY COCK is gonna be totally UNATTAINABLE soon!, fuck face!’
Miles received similar feedback. He and Walker left the audition wanting to break the fat director's flabby neck but they wisely refrained.
Following their mutual rejection, the guys went out to eat, treating themselves to their first “cheat meal” in weeks. Over lunch, Walker and Miles commiserated and agreed they were both fed up with the whole Hollywood scene. Miles shared that his latest sugar daddy boyfriend wanted to take him on a six month trip around the world and reasoned aloud he needed the break, so was probably going to take him up on it.
Between not getting the stupid part and probably losing Miles for a while, needless to say, Walker wasn't in the best mood when he got home. His boyfriend of three years, thirty year old Alden, was there, getting ready to go to work at the popular restaurant he was head chef/owner of, located a few blocks and economic classes up from them.
Not only was Alden incredibly talented in the kitchen, he was very handsome and an excellent boyfriend to boot. The subject of marriage had come up several times by then, and while Walker's answer would've been yes, they both decided to wait a little longer to get more financially situated before they got hitched.
Walker not landing another gig wasn't helping that.
Alden was 5’8” and a lean 175 lbs. The talented chef was blessed with an incredibly fast metabolism, which came in handy at work considering the near constant grazing he did taste testing food. Food and eating habits could sometimes be a sore spot in their otherwise almost perfect relationship…
Since one of the main ways he expressed his love was through food, Alden would often get upset when Walker wouldn't eat what he made him. Walker ate a lot, but he had to be careful about it because unlike his boyfriend, he wasn't genetically blessed with a metabolism that let him eat whatever he wanted without concern. The shape he was in now had taken a lot of work and dedication.
Walker had been a chubby kid and a downright fat teen. When he graduated from high school, he tipped the scale at just over 290 lbs.
Despite his struggles with his weight, Walker moved to LA. Handsome as he was, everyone thought he was crazy for wanting to model, but at least he believed in himself. It took two years of a lot of hard work in the gym and constantly watching what he ate but eventually, he got down to 180 lbs.
Since he was so young, fortunately, his skin tightened up quickly. Over the last six years, Walker worked himself up to 205 lbs, much of which (apparently now too much) was muscle. With constant hard work and dedication, he was able to keep his body fat at a very respectable and enviable 7%.
A lot of times, Walker hated how hard he had to work to maintain his body. Alden always tempting him with delicious food certainly didn't help. Walker rarely rewarded himself because he knew if he took his eye off the ball, he'd quickly end up obese, like all the (too) corn fed, Midwestern men in his family.
Having never had to diet a day in his life, Alden couldn't understand why most of the time, his boyfriend refused to even “just try” his latest, delicious creation. He appreciated Walker's incredible body more than anyone, but didn't understand how dedicated he had to be to maintaining it.
So when Walker got home from the failed audition and the apartment smelled like a bakery, it set him off even more. Quickly sensing his mood, Alden didn't say much, and thankfully nothing about what he'd baked, before he left. Walker's inner fat boy wanted to comfort himself with the food his boyfriend had made but only allowed himself to inhale its delicious aroma.
When his stomach suddenly growled, he knew he had to get out of there. The twenty-eight year old decided to go for a run along the beach, hoping it would help clear his head and get him out of his funk.
Walker decided not to go to the closest beach, but rather the famous Venice Beach a little further away. Not only would that allow the apartment more time to air out, it would also give him a chance to check out some other hard-bodied men while he worked on his tan and cardio.
The twenty-eight year old put on his running shoes, then grabbed a small fanny pack he kept in the coat closet, his phone, earbuds, keys and a lock. Once he was all ready to go, he walked to the beach and rented a locker.
Standing in front of his rental, he stripped down to his skimpy, overpacked Speedo. Anywhere else but Venice or South Beach, or on Fire Island, such a skimpy getup probably would've gotten him arrested for indecent exposure. Walker knew being so close to fully nude was pushing it, but he also knew how hard he worked to keep himself looking so good and loved showing off. The bright red Speedo looked great against his sun-kissed skin.
Before he started his run, Walker held his phone up and out, snapped a flattering, sexy selfie and sent it to Alden as a peace offering for being so grumpy when he left. After it was sent, he cued up his running playlist, popped his earbuds in, stuck his phone in his fanny pack and set off.
Within a few minutes, he’d already worked up a decent sweat, but was far from winded. The sweat now running down Walker made him glisten under the sun, further enhancing the fullness and definition of his muscles as he ran along the concrete path. As he gradually picked up his pace, the hunky twenty-eight year old loved how he could feel his pecs, well-filled basket, and ass all bounce while pretty much nothing else moved (in an unflattering way, anyway.)
There were countless people at the beach, ranging from thin, to buff like him, up to very fat. Walker's favorite thing to do while he ran was to check out the serious bodybuilders: the scale of their massively muscular bodies almost obscenely off the charts. He knew they all used steroids to get so big, making him look small in comparison, but he felt good knowing he'd gotten himself to his size all naturally, especially given his genes.
The good feeling didn't last long when he remembered that even though he was all-natural, he was apparently still too big to be considered mainstream, at least according to the fat director.
Fuck him.
Still, the reminder made Walker want to run home and gorge on the baked goods Alden had left out. He didn't though and instead, picked his pace up some more.
By the time he reached his turnaround point three miles down the beach, less than twenty minutes had passed. Even though he was nearly naked, Walker was sweating heavily, but barely breathing any harder than normal.
The twenty-eight year old took a moment to look around and enjoy his surroundings. Finally, he was feeling a bit better about things, thanks to the endorphins coursing through his ripped body. Not wanting to lose his stride, Walker turned and started running back.
He went even faster on his return trip, but still felt great when he got there. After such a good run but an otherwise crappy day, Walker caved and decided to “treat” himself to one of those disgusting smoothies, made mostly out of greens.
Smoothie acquired, he went and sat down at a nearby table overlooking one of the outdoor gyms frequented by the hardcore bodybuilders. Since Walker rarely ate actual dessert, he was hoping to see some eye candy, but there were only two big guys working out, both of whom left almost as soon as he arrived. With nothing good to look at in the gym area, he turned his attention back to his immediate surroundings.
Immediately, another big guy caught his attention, but this guy was big in a very different regard…
A few tables away sat a very pregnant man, who shifted his bloated body and embarrassed gaze away from Walker as soon as he saw he was looking at him. The twenty-eight year old was surprised, because he was so used to people turning towards him to check him out, but this time, he ended up being the one doing the staring.
The guy was obviously pregnant. Just about every part of him looked bloated rather than fat, most especially his belly and chest, or more accurately: his tits. But in general, aside from his obviously taut middle, he looked soft, even his stubbled chin, which Walker noticed wobbled a bit as he chowed down on what looked to be a double cheeseburger and large fries.
Walker couldn't help but be a little jealous of the tasty, fattening food the preggo was eating. It would be kind of nice to have an excuse to not be able to eat whatever he wanted, but need to. That being said, Walker had no intention of getting pregnant anytime soon, if ever. A pregnancy would wreak havoc on his body, so if and when they had kids, he and Alden had already decided that the chef would be the one to carry them.
Halfway through his smoothie, the aspiring model decided he'd done enough staring. Watching this preggo pig out was starting to make him uncomfortable, so he got up, threw the rest of his smoothie away, and headed back to his locker.
As Walker left the seating area, he took one last look over his broad, muscular right shoulder and shook his head. Yeah, it would be nice to eat like that, but the physical toll just wasn't worth it. He didn't know a whole lot about pregnancy, but knew enough that as he walked around the daddy-to-be and got his first good, full look at his belly, that it had to contain at least two babies, which would probably be making their entrance into the world soon.
Even though he'd most likely softened thanks to the “baby weight,” Walker couldn't deny the guy was handsome. That being said, he couldn't help but genuinely wonder if the husband the preggo presumably had, was attracted to him now, following all the changes his body had experienced thus far?
Even though he'd never been (and probably never would be) pregnant, the more the now muscular hunk looked at the preggo's big belly, the more it reminded him of the one he'd once had… Back when Walker had been a fatty himself, most of his extra weight had been around his middle, which the more he now thought about it, had definitely made it look like either a baby or beer-filled one.
Despite the fact he was still sweating, a chill ran down Walker's spine. He visibly shuddered and frowned when the preggo, now finished with his huge cheeseburger and side of fries, struggled to stand up, boobs and belly all wobbling and jostling about as he did.
Gross!

When Walker got back to his building, he stopped in the lobby to get the mail. Even though he'd run six miles and walked almost another mile, he still decided to take the stairs up to the fourth floor, thoroughly enjoying the added burn. As he made his way up, he rifled through the mail.
Most of it was junk or bills, but then Walker came across a large manila envelope addressed just to him, sent from a New York City law firm, located within The Freedom Tower. Curious, he opened it as soon as he entered his kitchen, which thankfully, no longer smelled quite so delicious and tempting…
The first thing he removed from the envelope was a cover letter from the firm, informing him that his uncle, Ted, had passed away, and he'd been named in his will. Also enclosed were two physical first-class tickets from LAX to JFK, one in his name, the other in Alden's. Walker set the tickets down on the counter and finished reading the cover letter, which said he and Alden had a five day, all expenses paid, stay at The Waldorf-Astoria, the following week, so he could be present for the reading of his now late uncle's last will and testament.
Walker's uncle Ted, was his mother's older brother, who'd gone on to make what was rumored within the family to be quite the fortune in the fast-food business. Theodore Charles Edmundson, was/had been, not only a big man in the fast-food industry, but a big man in general… For as long as he could remember, his mother (back when he'd still been speaking to her,) had quite frequently referred to her older, much bigger brother, as a “house,” and she hadn't been all that far off in her admittedly unkind comparison.
He'd never seen much of him because to put it mildly, in general, his family had issues, but Ted had been one of the most obese people Walker had ever seen, making his career choice all the more fitting. Ted obviously knew what people liked to eat, so he started and built up what had eventually become an empire of simple, clean and affordable restaurants across the country, appropriately called “Big Ted's Burgers & Shakes.”
Last Walker had read online, “Big Ted's” was set to open its hundred-fiftieth location, all of which were still privately owned solely by his now deceased uncle. Honestly, Walker couldn't believe he'd been named in the will, because the last time he'd seen his uncle some four years prior, when he'd generously paid to host a large and lavish family reunion, he and all his male cousins who'd one way or another, managed to buck their family's obesity trend, had all teased their uncle mercilessly about how fucking fat he'd gotten.
At the time of the reunion, Ted had been close to 500 lbs, and had shown no signs of doing anything but gaining more weight. To Walker, it seemed his uncle took him and his cousins incessant ribbing in stride, which maybe he had, considering according to the letter, they too had been named in the will.
When Alden got home late that night, Walker showed him the letter. When they went to bed, they lay there fantasizing about what they'd do if Walker got a sizable inheritance. Depending on how big it was, a lot could change. If it was big enough, everything could…
They could get married and have the wedding of their dreams. They could buy a house or at least a condo. Alden could make all the updates he'd been wanting to at the restaurant.
They got excited as they imagined a rich future. Not just mentally, but physically too… They stroked and explored one another, watching themselves in the mirror that hung over their bed (yeah, they were a little kinky.)
While Alden and Walker were both in shape, their bodies were quite different. Both were muscular and defined, but Walker was much more so than his boyfriend. As he joked about how nice it was going to be to be rich enough to do what they were presently doing all day, Alden moved down between his legs and pointed his bubble butt up into the air as he buried his face in Walker's crotch.
No matter how much money he was going to inherit, the twenty-eight year old already considered himself a very lucky man.
***
Two days later, while working out with Miles, Walker told him about being named in his uncle's will. Miles was happy for him, but also had some exciting news of his own to share… With a big grin, he told Walker he was leaving the next week for that trip around the world with his boyfriend.
Walker forced himself to smile. He'd only be gone for five days, whereas Miles was going to be gone for six months.
When they finished working out, they went to Miles’ office. Since he worked part-time as one of the gym's assistant managers, Alden and Walker hadn't had to pay dues, but since that couldn't happen while he was away, Miles gave him a fat stack of guest passes.
Thick as it was, Walker knew it wouldn't hold them over for long. Adding their memberships to their already tight budget would be a stretch, so all he could do was hope that Ted came through…
Walker and Alden flew to New York a few days later. It'd been a while since they'd taken a vacation, and this was as close as they were going to get till maybe after Walker got his inheritance, so they tried to make the most of it. Still, Walker was anxious to get the reading of the will over with so he could find out what he was in for.
Finally, Tuesday morning came around, and at ten o'clock sharp, he stepped off the elevator on the 87th floor of the Freedom Tower. Uncle Ted's law firm took up the entire floor, so obviously, they weren't hurting for money like Walker, who was shown to a plush conference room where his four other male cousins were already waiting, each looking just as anxious as he felt and probably did too.
Same as with most of his other family, Walker and his cousins weren't particularly close. Still he was going to make the rounds and say hi, but before he got the chance, an older man entered the conference room and asked everyone to take their seats. Once everyone had, he got right down to business.
“Good morning, gentlemen. My name is James O'Hearn, and I am your late uncle's attorney. Normally, I would begin a meeting such as this by offering my condolences for your loss, but given all I heard from Ted, I think it's safe to assume his passing hasn't hit any of you too hard,” he said with a small roll of his eyes.
The cousins all looked at each other around the table. Evidently, their lack of concern or respect for their late uncle hadn't been missed, which made the five of them sitting there as potential benefactors all the more odd. O'Hearn let the awkwardness build for another several seconds, silently letting them all know he thought they were assholes before clearing his throat and finally continuing.
“In all the years I've been practicing, I have never presented such a last will and testament,” he shook his head.
As he did, the secretary who'd shown Walker into the conference room entered, carrying a stack of black leather-bound portfolios. She silently placed one in front of each of the cousins before leaving.
“Per your uncle’s request, the firm has drawn up documents for you to review and sign, should you agree to the terms outlined,” the lawyer continued. “You may of course obtain your own counsel before signing, but until each of you sign or formally decline, I cannot continue with the reading.”
By that point, each of the guys had already opened their portfolios. The first thing each saw was a cashier’s check in their name for $75,000.00.
“The check is yours on the explicit condition that the details of your uncle’s last wishes are only made known to the people currently present in this room, and their significant others, if applicable,” O’Hearn said. “Should the specifics of your uncle’s last wishes be made known to anyone other than those previously mentioned, you will not only forfeit the $75,000.00, but also any additional compensation you may be entitled to from his estate. The estate may also be entitled to compensation if the terms of this agreement are broken,” he said firmly. “Does anyone have any questions or wish to obtain counsel at this time?” He asked, raising his thick gray brows as he slowly looked around the conference room.
$75,000.00 for agreeing to keep his mouth shut was enough for Walker. He was good with agreeing to only talking to Alden about whatever it was he was about to hear. Besides, even if he’d wanted to get his own lawyer, he couldn’t afford one, especially not one from New York City… As such, he grabbed the pen from the holder along the spine of the portfolio, signed and printed his name, and dated the document.
His four cousins promptly did the same, then everyone slid their signed agreements up to the head of the conference table, where O’Hearn looked over each and nodded.
“Excellent,” he said. “Now that that’s been taken care of, each of you are formally eligible to become the primary recipient of your late uncle’s estate.”
“Primary recipient?!” Walker’s cousin, David asked in evident shock.
O’Hearn nodded. “As of nine-thirty this morning, the estate of Theodore Charles Edmundson, minus all debts and tax liabilities, was valued at $115,000,000.00,” he informed before pausing for a moment to let the amount settle in. “If managed properly, the value will only continue to increase.”
Walker was shocked. So were all his cousins. The underlying greed in the conference room suddenly became palpable, which O'Hearn quickly noticed.
“I see that got your attention,” he chuckled. “Which is a good thing because here is where things get…” he paused to choose his next word carefully. “Interesting…”
The cousins all frowned.
“Fortunately, I have Ted’s own words to explain things to you, otherwise, you'd probably think I was some old loon!” The lawyer chuckled again as he opened his own portfolio. “Per your uncle's directive, I'm going to read you a letter he wrote the five of you about six months ago…”
My Dearest Nephews,
If James is reading this to you, it means I'm dead, which also means I'm quite sure you all are fine and not the least bit sad or upset.
Much more likely, you are all probably anxious and curious to know which one of you will be selected to receive the bulk of my estate?
On the subject of “bulk,” you probably all assume I died of a heart attack, or some other condition related to my obesity. Allow me to inform you postmortem that the ailment which claimed my life was leukemia. While very, very fat, I was actually considered an otherwise healthy man most of my life, not that any of you ever cared to know.
With no children of my own to leave my fortune and business to, I was forced to think long and hard about what to do. Had I been better treated by my extended family, I would've simply happily spread the wealth around, but since that wasn't deserved, I decided to do something a little different…
After taking care of my siblings, your parents, and donating a good sum to charitable causes of my own choosing, I decided that even though I won't be there to see it, I finally deserved to have some fun with my money, and as James has surely told you by now, there is much left.
I do not consider any one of you worthy of inheriting all the money I earned building my business. Anytime I saw any of you, all you did was ridicule and insult me, simply because I was a very fat man. At every gathering, you teased me and flaunted your bodies, trying to be hurtful.
I fault my siblings and their spouses for allowing you to be so vain and vile, but I cannot accept your cruelty or lack of respect. Never once was I commended by any of you for the business I built from the ground up and never once did any one of you express any interest in helping me run it and as myself and my business grew, I could've used the help.
I should've had children of my own. I desperately wanted to and kept telling myself I would one day, but eventually, time ran out. Despite not having a family of my own, I want Big Ted's to remain a family business, even if only by default.
Had I had my own children, they would've gone on to inherit my money and run my business together. Unfortunately, the five of you are the closest things I have to children, and I do not expect you to be able to work together, which is why I have decided only one of you will become the new owner of Big Ted’s and the bulk of my estate.
Which one will that be? It's quite simple: the one of you willing to go on to do one of the few things I never got to accomplish.
I didn't make this decision lightly. I had each one of you privately investigated, and didn't like any of the results. While your bodies might all be in excellent shape, your finances are not, and some of you struggle on the personal front.
None of you are family men yet, which has to change should you choose to compete for my prize.
I remind you that the following terms are confidential. Other than significant others, no one, friends and other family included, can be made aware of my “challenge,” which once you hear, I'm sure you'll understand…
So without further ado, here are the requirements I set for one of you to inherit Big Ted's and the rest of my estate in its remaining entirety:
Beginning the day following the reading of this, my last testament, you all can not have contact with each other, whatsoever. This includes: email, phone calls, text message, letters, or other means including personally or professionally checking in on your competitors.
Because I want Big Ted’s to remain a family company, my heir must have the family I always wanted, but never got around to having, too busy working, without any of your help. Let it be known now that I wanted a very big family…
In order to compete for my prize, each of you must start a family of your own, and you must be the one to bear its newest members. In short, in order to become my heir, first and foremost, you must get pregnant. Very pregnant, because again, I wanted many children, and in terms of this competition, you only have one shot.
For any of you struggling to follow along, simply put, the one of you who conceives and carries to term, the most children during the agreed upon timeframe of the competition, will become my sole heir, inheriting my business, wealth, and carrying on my legacy.
Should you choose to participate, you will be given a thorough physical by a third-party physician to ensure you are healthy enough to make the attempt. You will be weighed, have body measurements and photographs taken, and at the end of the agreed upon time frame, the process will be repeated.
But because there’s always more fun to be had, and despite your poor treatment of me, I believe anyone who decides to make the attempt to claim my throne, should be rewarded too.
Every baby you conceive and carry to term, will earn you $50,000.00. Anyone who carries more than four babies to term will earn $100,000.00 per baby.
Pregnancies result in weight gain, significant gains most of the time. Because I want you to know what it was like to be fat, I have decided to encourage this aspect of the challenge…
Any of you who gain more than 100 lbs during the pregnancy, will receive $1,000.00 per pound. Anyone who gains more than 200 lbs, will receive $2,000.00 per pound.
Whoever births the biggest baby will receive $150,000.00.
Whoever births the second biggest baby will receive $125,000.00.
Whoever births the third biggest baby will receive $100,000.00.
For every baby birthed naturally, you will receive $40,000.00. Every baby birthed via c-section will receive no additional compensation and will have 3 lbs subtracted from their birth weight.
Sole ownership of Big Ted’s and all funds that remain, will go to the winner: whoever went and grew themselves the biggest family to carry Big Ted’s well into the future. If you haven’t realized it yet, this person is going to have to get quite big and fertile, quite quickly.
To those who choose to compete, how you conceive is up to you. Nothing is off the table, but the estate bears no responsibility for any choices you make, medical or otherwise.
On that note, it is strongly advised you seek professional medical care throughout the competition. Should any of you be advised to terminate the pregnancy or stop the additional weight gain due to imminent danger to your health or that of the babies, as confirmed by a physician hired by James, you will be paid $200,000.00 for your participation up to that point, so long as you maintain the confidentiality agreement.
Should any of you decline to participate, the $75,000.00 is yours to keep. For those of you willing to participate, I suggest using the funds towards your endeavor. You are going to have to be very greedy and selfish to compete, which I don't foresee being a problem for any of you.
It is my hope you'll learn the importance of family and hard work, versus the importance of maintaining one's figure. It is also my hope you'll learn how it feels to be treated so cruelly as should you choose to compete with any hope of success, you will surely be judged and ridiculed, but will be forced to remain silent just like I was.
Hopefully, you will grow to have compassion and humility as you quite literally grow to become dependent on others while you gestate your own dependents.
I only wish I could be there to watch your transformations. If there is a God, I'll have that chance. Best of luck to those who choose to compete.
Signed,
Your Very Fat Uncle Ted
When he finally finished reading the letter, O'Hearn set it and the glasses he removed down on the table.
“Questions?” He simply asked as he looked around the room.
Jason, a professionally trained dancer, raised his hand and nodded emphatically. “Um, yeah… Was that a fucking joke? That's insane! Is any of that even legal?!” He demanded.
O’Hearn nodded. “I assure you, your uncle’s requirements are no joke, and yes, they are completely legal.”
“They can’t be!” Jason huffed.
“Any of you are more than welcome to try and contest the terms.”
“I’m going to!”
“Then I recommend hiring counsel because not that I even need to, but I will vigorously defend my client.”
“He’s dead!” Jason shouted.
“Doesn’t matter. I’ll still defend his interests.”
“Come on, guys!” Jason said, turning to his cousins. “Let’s fight this! There’s no fucking way any of this can be legal! If we band together, we could win and then split everything!” He nodded some more as he looked from cousin to cousin, none of whom seemed the least bit interested.
Crazy as the terms of their uncle’s “competition” was, once again, the greed in the air was palpable. When no one replied, O’Hearn continued.
“You have twenty-four hours from now to decide if you choose to participate in the competition. If I don’t have a signed agreement from you by then, which you will find in your portfolio, you will be excluded.”
Aside from Jason scoffing, the cousins remained silent, so he went on. “Also inside your portfolios, you will find the name and address of the doctor I have selected, who will perform your initial and final exams. If you decide to compete, please be at his office promptly at ten o’clock tomorrow, which is the last time any of the competitors will see each other till the conclusion of the… contest. Any questions?” He asked one more time.
The guys, potential competitors, all looked at each other. They were some of the very few in their extended family who’d somehow, by luck or continuous hard work, bucked the fat trend, each in excellent to amazing shape, and under thirty years of age. They were all in their prime and only Jason was married, everyone else just dating or single.
If they wanted to win, they were going to have to make a literally big sacrifice, not to mention a life-long promise to an indeterminate number of children. Their children, all of whom had to be conceived at once.
Needless to say, everyone was in such shock after all they’d been told by O’Hearn, they couldn’t think of anything to ask, which didn’t surprise the attorney at all. He’d never tell any of his nephews, but he was still struggling to come to terms with, well, the terms of Ted’s will.
“Anyone who chooses to participate, I will see you tomorrow at ten o’clock,” O’Hearn said as he gathered his things to leave, which the guys took as their cue to do the same.
No one spoke as they rode down together in the elevator. No one looked at each other either.

Four hours later, Walker was lying in bed with Alden, both of them all hot and sweaty from the sex they'd just finished having. The moment he'd gotten back to their room, Walker had told his boyfriend everything, and needless to say, he'd been just as shocked as he'd been and still was.
They talked everything through time and time again, Alden going so far as to read verbatim all the legal mumbo jumbo. All that plus the initial reading at O'Hearns's office, was finally enough to make Walker's head spin, so Alden had suggested sex as a distraction, which he happily welcomed.
Per usual, their lovemaking was wonderful, but it did little to help Walker feel any better.
“Maybe I just knocked you up?” Alden teased as he planted a kiss on the exposed side of his boyfriend's neck.
“You're wearing a condom, so you better hope you didn't,” Walker replied.
“But the whole point of the competition…”
“Which we haven't even decided if I'm going to participate in!” Walker promptly reminded.
“Right. Anyway, the whole point is for you to get pregnant.”
“Very pregnant. Very pregnant and fat!”
Alden grunted. “I always thought you and your cousins should've been nicer to your uncle.”
“Shut up.”
“How ‘bout I just stop teasing,” he countered. “Because we really do need to keep talking about it.”
“What's there to talk about?”
“Everything… At least we're both already in agreement that we wanted to have children together,” the chef reasoned as he snuggled closer.
“Yeah, but not now! Not by force and certainly not all at once!” Walker huffed.
“There's a lot we could do with all that money.”
“And there's even more I'd have to do to win it!” He protested.
“But just imagine…” Alden pressed. “If you owned Big Ted's…”
“If we owned it. If we agree to this, we're in this together.”
“Of course. That was actually my point. If we own Big Ted’s, imagine how I could make it even better! I know all about restaurants!”
“I know you do, but if I have to become Octodad to get it for us?!” Walker groaned. “You're right… We, or at least I, should've been nicer to Ted. I assumed when he died, he'd just pass everything on to everyone and we'd split it,” he admitted. “I would've happily settled for just twenty or so mill!”
“But now, you could get it all!”
“Im exchange for probably never acting or modeling again!”
“You wouldn't have to!”
“I wouldn't have the time or energy if we're busy running a business and raising eight kids!” Walker huffed again.
“We don't know how many you'll have…”
“Or how big they are!”
“Or how big they are,” Alden repeated. “Till if and when you try. We try, I mean,” he quickly amended.
Walker groaned again. “Fuck me again,” he requested. “I need another distraction.”
“Gladly!” His boyfriend chuckled as he kissed his neck again.
“Use a condom!” He reminded. “If we decide to do this, I can't end up pregnant with just one baby now!” He huffed.

Now this is a competition I can get behind. Can’t wait for the next installment. Between this and ‘Babysitter’, you have me salivating for more
