In theory, they could have just dialed a planet with a more stable climate. Ep 15: Stationary facehugger xD Also one of my favorite episodes in the entire series. Apparently, in the Australian and Region 2 releases of the DVD Box set, "The Fifth Race" was switched with "A Matter of Time" (the next episode) in the episode listing.
