Butt looked great, buddy of mine (a physical trainer) mentored me on deployment. Best advice he gave was slow down and really focus on activating the specific muscle. For the hip thrusts he said pause at the top and squeeze your butt like you're trying to Crack a nut between your cheeks 😂 man did it make a difference it hurt to sit for days
