Walking Lunges 3 Sets 12 Reps 20lbs 

Squats 3 sets 25 reps 

Side Lunges 3 sets 10 reps (each leg)

Elevated Split Squats 3 sets 20 lbs (each leg)

Single leg sky bridge 3 sets 10 reps (each leg)

Hip Thrusts 4 sets 25 reps 100lbs
