2022-11-14 17:32:45 +0000 UTCDefinitely best thing is really focus on getting that form down, for squats I was told imagine there's a pole going through your ears 😂 and imagine the pole is fixed in a track that aligns with your knees. When you go down and up your ears and knees shoukd stay in line. But yea go light and slow to get form and activate the muscles fully
