UPDATE64: Adds the CPT 2022 costumes for Akira, M.Bison & Seth; then also update all TrackSuit related swaps because of the newly added 8 more colors to the said costumes

NOTE: Updated info about some issues for Akira related swaps and how to address them

a. when swapping to Akira C1 slot, we can only use her own specific costume code (LP + MK).

b. when swapping to Akira C2 slot, she will have no hairs in actual battle (no problem in char select screen) unless we use the regular costume code (Up + LK + PP) before the match starts.

c. when swapping to Akira C2 slot and after we use the regular costume code to fix the "no hairs in actual battle" issue above, we can now use her own specific costume code (LP + MK) between each rounds.

d. when swapping Akira's original C2 costume, she will have no helmet in actual battle (no problem in char select screen) & also can't use any costume codes either.
