Melorealm, the Plane of Harmony

Those who have traveled to the Melorealm and back offer drastically different tales of what the plane is like, from a beautiful, euphonious heaven of angelic choruses to a dark, lonesome place of ghostly wails. Like lyrics, one’s perception of the Melorealm is shaped by their own disposition and experience. But whether they see it with joy or gloom, they always hear its music wherever they go.
Natives of the Melorealm (commonly, but not exclusively, elves) know well how the realm seems to change with one’s mood. Many still let the rhythm of their lives dictate their perception of the plane in all their highs and lows. Others avoid being dictated by emotional perception, trying to discover the true nature of the plane in their adventures.
But all Melorealmmers—whether they wallow in sorrow, dance in delight, stoically search for answers, or simply ride the refrains of life—deify music itself, believing the best reason to live is to see what the next verse holds.
