This is also important for those of you who are energetically sensible. This ALSO offers a good method for determining if someone or something is throwing negative energy your way, protection items you carry on your person will typically crack, break, come undone, rot, or fade away in some way when they’ve absorbed a significant amount of negative energy. If the item you choose to use is a reusable source of protection (like jewelry or a stone) I recommend cleansing it regularly and recharging it / consecrating it again when needed.
