The Mei animation is also almost complete and only requires lighting now.

The SSS works but for some reason the specular wont work which is the gloss effect. In the preview window everything is fine until the actual model is spawned. This is something I'll have to look into. But this lets me port any blender model to SFM which means I could start doing requests for these kinds of things. I also do not like Blender in general because when you mix video game models that have distinctive art style with realistic lighting you get some uncanny valley vibes:

It's one of the core principles of Pixar. Keep it fantasy like even if the tech gets better. In this case someone tried to make Mercy into a real woman.
