New Sgt/Sgt Maj Benefit: Mid-Roll Featured Member

I've added a new benefit for Sergeants and Sergeants Major: mid-roll Featured Patron thanks with time in service listed that play during videos. This is in addition to top-billing in the end credits which applies to all Patrons.

I've played with this before but I've decided to systematize it. Two to three Patrons will be featured every video. After the M42 Duster video (where all 3 slots were very long serving Patrons), the 1st and 2nd slots will be dedicated to the longest serving Patrons and the 3rd slot will be dedicated to a new Patron or one chosen at random to give some incentive to join.

Sergeants and Sergeants Major can comment if you have a preference as to what topic area (e.g. artillery, cavalry, Hyperwar 1989 series, etc.) you'd like to be featured on. However, I can't promise anything because I don't have a long-term schedule or backlog of videos and there's a chance that topic won't be covered in a timely fashion.

I'd also like to say that you guys are what keeps this channel sustainable, especially as ad rates and the amount of sponsor offers coming in declined sharply in 2023. I'd say you keep the content free, but it's less likely that I'd make paid content and more likely I just wouldn't be able to spend a lot of time making videos at all. So thank you for your support!
