Light question: hyped for demons souls remake? Dark question: Any thots on hopefully the last couple days of the trump presidency? In one week we'll be a lot closer to finding out if that's the truth so hopefully its all over soon

Alright, so a little setup to my question: I've only heard your accent from one other person - my homie who grew up in Venezuela and then moved here when he was like 12 or so. He's literally the most intelligent person I know - you know, has an encyclopedic knowledge of Chemistry & Physics & whatever the fuck you thought you knew more of than him, knows English better than uhh, every American, plays Bass for multiple metal & hardcore bands, knows every Anime, and can hold a real conversation about anything, AND is overwhelmingly chill. Like, his presence makes you just calm the fuck down. I see some parallels there with you, Mr THH, so my question is this: do you think your accent, affect, and word choice/playful wordfuckery are a product of just the country in which you grew up (like, is everyone there that goddamn creative), or is there a specific cultural influence/influences you can cite that were, uhh, influential in the way you speak & present the English language? Fuck that's a mess, sorry tl;dr: is it only super-smart people that sound like you or is it something else

If you were a form of transportation, what would you be? What if you can only move under your own power? (I.e. a bicycle needs a rider to move, but an electric bicycle can roll on its own.) More seriously, have you experienced burn-out (playing games, making videos, etc.)? If so, how long did it last? How did you recover? And how do you stave it off?

You ever have a game where like, you just dig the style and the vibe and the general idea of the game but like the gameplay was so terrible it ended up turning you away? Normally I'm pretty good about sticking with a game personally but I have bounced off of every single Fire Emblem game due to just greatly disliking the style of gameplay.

Even though video games are only around thirty years old, already a sizeable amount have been lost to time, be it because the source code has been lost (looking at you Konami), closed servers/online components (The Publisher Special!), or just pure pettiness (*cough*KONAMI*cough*). With the somewhat sorry state of game preservation today, where do you see the preservation of gaming history in another thirty years? Will the era of games as a service spell the end of reliving the games of today in the future? Or is the emerging trend of adding backwards compatibility to new hardware a sign of things to come? What is the two cents of Thor?

Hi thor. Love your videos and insights. Went through alllllllll your vids and currently up to date. Love how your style has changed up to now. 2 questions 1) I play in a pop-punk instrumental chiptune band. Currently working on my 2nd ep, my first will be out soon. Next ep I'm working on and have a really good song. Doesn't sound like anything I think you listen to, but I would like to name it "Subscribe to Thorhighheels" is that cool? Just a shout out in a title. Your vids on weird games I'll never play are quite moving. Your dedication to it deserves a shout. I love em. I can provide links to my music if you need to decide. Question 2) I'm on pc, xbox, and switch right now. I got 3 xboxes in my home. Upgrading to a series x soon. You want me to send you a one s? Dont know if you got an xbox or not, but if you want it I would love to donate it to your console collection for future vids. Also, If you say no to both of these questions I will still give you money to make videos.

Hello Thor Thigh Theels What are some of your "formative games", or like, games that played a huge part into helping you shape what you value out of video games? To give you an example, I love Zelda: Majora's Mask because it's a really vibe-driven game where the best parts are the sights, sounds, and characters you spend time with. Thanks 4 all dat u doooooo. :3

What's one of your favorite musical instruments and/or synth sounds?

You cover mostly Japanese games with American stuff sprinkled in, but are there any Eastern European games you've considered covering? Stuff like The Witcher, STALKER, and Metro 2033 have a distinct feeling from stuff made in other regions and I can't quite place it so I wonder what insights Thor the Wordsmith might have. I haven't played them but I hear Pathologic and Cryostasis are good as well.
