Really excited to share this one with you this week. If you have been in the Discord server the past couple of days, you've heard some WIP versions of this song. If not, then you are in for a treat!
What started off as a neat sounding little piano riff evolved into an epic 16 bit orchestral piece, complete with strings, brass, woodwinds and a choir. Overall, the writing process went pretty smoothly with this one, but there were a couple of snags I hit that required some ironing out. That being said, I'm so happy with the end result. I've been humming this tune to myself for a couple of days now!
I had to put some of my new skills to the test when making the video, and I experimented a bit with a lighting plugin in RPG maker. It slowed things down in the scripting process quite a bit, but I think it was worth it in the end, even if it was only for a small detail! Only the best for my Patrons!
