So yesterday, after a month of writing spooky music for October, I sat down to start on one of the Patron requests I've had in the backlog for a couple of weeks. I toyed with some ideas for a while, but nothing was really sticking.
It was raining outside, and I was having a hard time conjuring up an epic, triumphant battle theme when it was such a peaceful fall morning. So I shifted gears and just began noodling on the piano to see what came out. These are the results.
This song may not be as "video gamey" as most of my stuff, but I still think it can be useful in certain scenes or environments. I hope you guys still enjoy it, and if you'd like to hear more stuff like this, then please do let me know!
Oh and don't worry, that epic/triumphant battle theme is still coming. ;)
