Ok I did the thing again. This track has been hanging out in my "unfinished songs" folder for a long time (almost 2 years actually). The thing is, it wasn't actually "unfinished", it was just unreleased.
I did very little tweaking to it yesterday, just some minor mixing things. But I knew, it was time to let this track free.
I thought I would use this opportunity to try and get ahead on content, like I've been meaning to do for years now. So I wrote a good chunk of the song that will be coming out on Friday. Hopefully this alleviates some of the stress on Mondays and Thursdays, so I'm not scrambling to come up with an idea.
Oh and I know there are a couple of tunes still on the requests list. I haven't forgotten about you guys. Some days though, I just have to roll with wherever the creative flow is taking me, rather than force myself to write a certain style of song.
