Happy Wednesday Party Members!

Got a suggestion the other day for a "cool guy boss" theme. Admittedly, I may have lost sight of the boss theme aspect along the way, but I think this still works well as a rival theme. It's more along the lines of Gary's theme before you battle him in the original Pokemon games.

This tune was actually a bit slower until about 30 minutes ago. I was literally about to export it and thought "What does it sound like if I speed it up a bit?" After messing with that for a while, I got it to this speed which felt right. (Honestly it's not too far off from where I originally had it, in case you were wondering).

This is one of those tunes that could fit into a lot of different scenarios, and so I'm adding it to 5 different collections : Battle, Villains, Mini-Games, Characters and of course, 16-Bit!
