Hey did you guys know there was an eclipse yesterday? I've barely heard anyone mention it...
My workday/workflow got slightly interrupted yesterday because of all the hubbub. I actually forgot that it was happening until yesterday morning, so I was ill prepared. I worked on a few ideas (4 actually) but wasn't sure which one to pursue. Then when I was reminded of the event happening, I thought I would go with this idea to coincide with it. :D
It's very Silent Hill meets Parasite Eve (to my ear), but I think it would be really cool in a JRPG type setting. Like, maybe even an "End of Game Overworld" type theme. E.G. Meteor has been summoned and is hanging over head. I feel like this would work mainly in a more modern/sci fi setting though.
