The paperback version should be available for purchase on Amazon tomorrow. I'll be processing orders for any Patreon backers then too. I'm going to see about generating a coupon code for use with the printer, so you can order it straight from them at a cheaper price than Amazon normally gives (unless they discount it, but they haven't been so big on that lately.)
