Ah okay. That's just the way Dropbox works, weirdly. If you just right-click, Save As, it'll try to download the HTML file instead of the PDF itself.

2017-06-22 11:19:03 +0000 UTCI use Firefox, but the problem is not with opening them in the browser, the PDF does open well through dropbox, the problem is when I save them to the harddrive directly from the links provided here. Then they do not download correctly and end up being 200-something kb files that don't work. Tried it from two different computers too, same result.

2017-06-22 06:45:42 +0000 UTCWeird! Which browser are you using? I use Chrome and they open OK for me (though Dropbox doesn't quite display the fonts as they should - it looks best in a dedicated PDF reader)

Also, for some reason downloading files directly from the above links breaks them and they can not be opened either on a windows computer or on a mobile device (for me), so had to first open them in Dropbox and then do the download from there.
