Capcom's early shooting monkey arcade game is still pretty fun, over 35 years later.
This series of articles actually started when I was playing/writing about 1987's Black Tiger. This was scheduled to be ported to the PC Engine, but somewhere along the line, it was redesigned and rechristened Son Son II, despite having little to do with the first one. So when covering those, I needed to go back and do the original game too, to explain its origins.
