A jeep-themed shooter from Data East, probably more known through its NES port.
I've been putting up a bunch of these from our Data East book, since they weren't previously published on the site...but some folks have the right to the actual software library and have been putting these games on download services and on standalone retro devices, so it works out pretty well!
