An NES game from Capcom based on the early 20th century comic book strip, as well as the Japanese animated picture around the same time. There was also a much more obscure arcade game from Capcom, which is conceptually similar but ultimately completely different.
Coincidentally, this past week, indie studio Pie for Breakfast announced a game based on the Little Nemo comics, unrelated to the Capcom game but inspired by other classic 2D platformers like Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap.
