“Rain and Esperanza watched as Geist spent her time with Falling Snow. So far he proved to be trustworthy but he never stayed too long among the herd. Perhaps he wasn't used to being around so many horses yet. But thanks to Geist, he visited often and was always happy to help forage. Esperanza let out a gentle laugh and told Rain how adventures leading to mysterious stallions seem to run in both sides of the family. Rain whinnied in laughter and agreed.”
So another thing about Spirit LORE is Spirit's mother, Esperanza, and Rains mother Sierra, and grandmother, Bonita, all had some kind of adventure where they escaped, or got lost, and then were found by a mysterious stallion. I didn't get to add Bonita into this unfortunately. But the "pattern" of how these couples met made me chuckle.
