I think it's worth saying, it is and isn't NTR, depending what you are looking for, as well as your standard. Rationally if you have a character, that by all means is involved with another character romantically, then it shoudn't be unrealistic for them to fuck. However, I've noticed over the years especially when it comes to more game oriented sexual media, the idea is prevalent who you play (the MC), is you as a stand in. So even though you might play a porn game about a son stealing his mom from his dad for example, people who dislike NTR would see it as NTR, because as the MC only you should have "them". It's a very possessive idea. However, a big thing with NTR, besides of the cheating aspect, is the context of the situation it occurs. The dynamics of who is enjoying what, the sexual ability of the people involved, and of course dialogue is what really seals in what NTR is.
