Added 2020-07-28 09:41:20 +0000 UTC動画公開予定日まであと、16日です。 It is 16 days until the animation release date. 昨日の介護職員初任者研修の話だけど 割と考え方を変えるきっかけの一つだった。 他にもいろいろあったんだけど。 交通事故で運が悪かったら生きてない件とか。 事故で右の鎖骨が折れただけで済んで 初任者研修を休む羽目になったんだけど （ある程度治ってから他の教室に通った） 自分が病気やら何やらで立ち止まっても 周りの人間はお構いなしで進んでいく。 全く関係ないからね。 社会から置いてけぼりにされるのは 介護される側も同じかな。 俺をのけ者にするな！ 役立たずとして扱うな！馬鹿にするな！ リスクとして扱うんじゃねえ！って 介護される側がしばしば凶暴な態度に出るのは そういう心理もあると思う。 そういう方面の勉強もするよ メンタルケアって。 一筋縄ではいかないんだけど。 でなきゃ、みんなとっくに幸せになってる。 It's a story about yesterday's training for care workers It was one of the reasons why I changed my way of thinking.
