今回は仮設トイレの法律について調べてみた。
イベントがあると並べて置いてあるアレ。
なにか決まりがあるのかな？
結果的に言うと、仮設トイレを設置する資格は見つからなかった。
2016年辺りから建設現場での洋式仮設トイレが義務化されたらしい。
そういえば建設現場でもよく見かける。
ただし、処理には廃棄物の許可がある業者が必要。
汲み取り手数料は業者によって違うけど
仮設トイレの場合、50リットルで400～600円くらいらしい。
客が使えば使うほどお金がかかるのか。なるほど。
そりゃあ、工事現場に置いてある仮設トイレとか
勝手に使わせてもらえるわけないよね。
トイレの使用を現場の人に断られても
意地悪されたわけでも、心が狭いわけでもない。
