看板はどうなるんだと思って調べた。
結論から言えば許可は要るんでしょうけど。
看板も言及されていたしなぁ。法的にどうかって話。
そもそも屋外広告物を出すには行政機関の審査がある。
バスの側面の広告、電信柱に広告を貼る、のぼり旗、アドバルーンなど。
電信柱に勝手に紙を貼るのも違法なのは有名。
どうも、景観の法律、道路交通法、広告内容の審査、農地法なら農地の違法転用
それぞれ別個のジャンルっぽくて
正規の手続きで広告物出すのってメッチャ面倒なんだなぁと思った。
マンションの貼り紙…もなんかありそうだなぁ。
