７ 月の民は兎に名前を付けない People of the moon don’t name rabbits

紺珠伝のうどんげルートの清蘭と鈴瑚の台詞。（うろ覚え）

清蘭「やっほー、久しぶり、元気？」

鈴瑚「あんた裏切ったってマジですか？」

これは私が勝手に思ってることなんだけど

うどんげと清蘭、鈴瑚は同じグループで育てられた兎じゃないかと思っています。

そして幻想郷に来るまで名前を付けられていなかった。

（清蘭と鈴瑚は地上用の仮名だと思う）

うどんげはレイセンと呼ばれていたけど綿月はあの役割の兎を全て「レイセン」と呼んでいたのかもしれない。

つまり綿月家の姫に仕える兎の役職名が「レイセン」だった。

輝夜も兎の事はみんな「イナバ」と呼ぶのでうどんげの名前に「イナバ」が追加された。

優曇華の花とは蓬莱の玉の枝の事。(諸説あり)

つまり「鈴仙・優曇華院・イナバ」とは

「レイセンとイナバの役割を持っている輝夜のコレクション」という意味。

（もう綿月の従者ではないので鈴仙が漢字になっている）

うどんげを保護して守っている本当の主人は輝夜。

永琳はうどんげが輝夜のコレクションだから手が出せなかった。

（仲間との通信能力を持つ月兎は最上級に危険な存在）

うどんげの名前長いなと思ったけど、自分の身分証明をしているだけ。

うどんげは今も自分の名前を持っていないのかもしれない。

清蘭と鈴瑚は仮に与えられた名前でアイデンティティを得たため月に戻ることが出来なくなった兎。月の兎は名前を持ってはいけない。

レイセンは、うどんげの代わりに綿月の従者「レイセン」の役職を引き継いだ兎。

私はそんなことを考えて手描きアニメを描いたよ。

I think that Udonge, Seiran, and Ringo are rabbits raised in the same group.

And it wasn’t given a name until it came to Gensokyo.

(I think Seiran and Ringo are pseudonyms for ground use.)

Udonge was called Reisen, but Watatsuki may have called all the rabbits in that role “Reisen”.

In other words, the title of the rabbit who served the princess of the Watatsuki family was Reisen.

Kaguya also calls rabbits “Inaba”, so “Inaba” was added to Udonge’s name.

The job title of the rabbit who served the princess of the Kaguya family was Inaba.

The udumbara flower is the ball branch of Horai. (There are various theories)

In other words, what is “Reisen/Udongein/Inaba”?

It means “Kaguya’s collection who has the role of Reisen and Inaba”.

(Since he is no longer Watatsuki’s follower, Reisen is written in Kanji.)

Kaguya is the real master who protects the Udonge.

Eirin couldn’t harm is Udonge because it’s Kaguya’s collection.

(Moon rabbits, who has the ability to communicate with hers friends, is the most dangerous existence.)

I thought Udonge’s name was long, but he was just verifying his identity.

Udonge may not even have a name of its own.

Seiran and Ringo are rabbits who cannot return to the moon because they have obtained identities with temporary names. A moon rabbit must not have a name.

Reisen is a rabbit who took over the position of Watatsuki’s attendant “Reisen” instead of Udonge.

I drew a hand-drawn animation with that in mind.
