その中の一つに、PCの故障があります。
時間を短縮するために奮発して新しいPCを買ったのですが
PCはエラーを起こし、すべてのブラウザで動画再生ができない状況でした。
このエラーの原因究明に相当な労力を割かれました。
ブラウザのハードウェアアクセラレーションを停止することで
エラーが起きなくなることは突き止めましたが
念のためにサポートセンターにPCを送って確認してもらいました。
しかしサポートセンターはエラーを再現できませんでした。
エラーの証明というのはとても難しい。
ほんの小さな環境の差で起きたり起きなかったりします。
今は、やっとアニメ制作に新しいPCを使えるようになったところです。
Recently, a lot of things have happened that have put my anime production on hold,
one of which is a PC breakdown.
I splurged and bought a new PC to save time,
but the PC started having errors and I couldn't play videos on any browser.
It took a lot of effort to find the cause of the error.
I discovered that the error would stop if I turned off the browser's hardware acceleration,
but just to be sure, I sent my PC to the support center to have them check.
However, the support center was unable to reproduce the error.
It's very difficult to prove an error.
It can happen or not depending on just a small difference in the environment.
Now, I'm finally able to use the new PC for anime production.
