Its a open hand and not a closed finger stab position but close to it. I think its just him reaching in but I can see how you can kindve see that at first plus sasuke eye expression looks more intense to hit him then someone with questioning doubt to change from a stab to a punch

I'm not surprised that Jody didn't feel anything during that moment between Naruto and Sasuke. Like 4 said it's more one sided and they act as comrades. More will be revealed in time. Another Akatsuki member appeared at the end. It's getting juicy. ๐ฅ episode and it's A-.
