But there you were, standing awkwardly in the doorway having walked in on Thunder in the middle of changing. He had probably heard you coming long before you even made it to his door....so why hadn’t he stopped undressing? A spark in his eyes caught your attention and you could’ve sworn you heard a slight purr in his voice before he spoke.
“Do you often come in unannounced and watch people undress?”
Your cheeks flooded with heat. Opening your mouth to retort back but your mind went blank as Thunder continued to remove his garments, seemingly unbothered by your presence. Or maybe he was more bothered than he let on.....
“You should close the door, you’re letting in a draft.”
Thunder’s deep voice all but commanded your movements and you hurriedly closed the door behind you. The sound of the inn’s tavern grew muffled and you were all too aware that your breathing had quickened. Had the room always been so small? There was barely a few feet between you and Thunder and somehow that distance was getting smaller? Or maybe your mind was playing tricks on you.
