I presume that artifacts are just expensive, due to scarcity, and passive boost are greatly valued. For most people, leveling up is very dangerous and slow process - getting an artifact is much more convenient.

Like butterflies that came down to render them aid. They’d have healed from any injuries they sustained. And their Stats would gain a minor boost. But it wasn’t enough to face the Wyvern. Though, I have no idea why Edithe calls an across the board +15 point gain a 'minor boost'. Lady, you do remember that it was *you* who said that a charm that gives +10 Vitality would sell for a hundred platinum coins minimum right?

I don't expect to see a stat-line like it at all outside of other Mythics beings. Seriously, just look at the final tally: [Vitality]: 341 [Strength]: 329 [Endurance]: 338 [Wisdom]: 486 [Agility]: 544 Absolutely bonkers.

2022-05-20 08:02:19 +0000 UTCLooking at that stat page at the end there, it makes me wonder exactly when percentage-based buffs get applied. If they get applied last, after all the other flat buffs, this is pretty great. If they get applied first, to the base stats only, Salvos would need to be much higher leveled for them to be the best buff around. I don't think we've ever actually seen the "final stat results" from buff lists. Even here, we don't actually know what the final numbers would be because of the percentage buffs uncertainty.
